Shipping Policy


This Shipping Policy describes how we process and dispatch orders placed on our online store hosted on the Shopify platform, www.montagethelabel.com, and forms an integral part of the Terms of Service of MONTAGE THE LABEL S.R.L.

1. Order Processing

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will automatically receive, via Shopify, a confirmation e-mail with the details of your purchase. Your order is only handed over to the courier once full payment has been confirmed as received.

Orders are fulfilled in the order in which they are received, subject to stock availability. If, due to an error, an ordered product is no longer in stock, we will inform you promptly and refund the amount paid in full, using the same payment method used for the order.

Not all products are permanently in stock; for this reason, preparing and dispatching your order may take up to 14 business days, unless otherwise indicated on the product page.

2. Delivery within Romania

Orders delivered within Romania are shipped through FAN Courier, with an estimated delivery time of 1-3 business days from order confirmation (in line with FAN Courier's standard delivery terms).

During busy periods (public holidays, Black Friday and other promotional campaigns), processing and delivery times may be longer, depending on the courier's workload.

If you are not available at the delivery address, the courier will leave you a notification; you can reschedule delivery either directly with FAN Courier or through the tracking link received by e-mail.

3. International Delivery

Orders delivered outside Romania are shipped via DHL Express, as follows:

  • EU member states and neighbouring countries: estimated delivery time of 1-3 business days;

  • all other international destinations: estimated delivery time of 2-5 business days, depending on distance and local customs procedures.

The delivery times stated above are estimates only, calculated from the date of dispatch, and may vary by destination; we are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or unconfirmed payment.

4. Customs Duties and Procedures

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and charges levied by the authorities of the destination country. These charges are not included in the price shown on the website and are the sole responsibility of the recipient of the order, being required to release the parcel from customs.

We recommend that you contact your local customs office or tax authority before placing an order, to estimate any additional costs that may apply.

If you return an internationally delivered product, any customs duties paid on import will be refunded to you only if they were included in the original purchase price; otherwise, you will need to reclaim them directly from your local customs office.

5. Pre-Order Items

For products from upcoming collections available on a PRE-ORDER basis, the estimated delivery date will be shown on the product page and corresponds to the collection's launch date. PRE-ORDER items cannot be cancelled once placed; however, once you have received the product, you may exercise your right of return in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for each order are calculated automatically by Shopify and displayed at checkout, based on destination, weight and the delivery method selected, before you confirm and pay for your order.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive tracking information by e-mail (FAN Courier or DHL AWB, as applicable) so you can follow your parcel. You can also check the status of your order at any time from the "Order status" page linked in your confirmation e-mail, or from your customer account.
